Junior Legal Associate

Fotis International is currently looking for a Junior Legal Associate to join its Litigation and corporate practice based in Dubai. The ideal applicant should be fluent in English and should have at least 1-2 years' experience working in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or junior legal professional to gain valuable experience and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys on a wide range of Litigation and corporate matters and will have the opportunity to contribute to complex legal projects. The job description for this position would be as follows:

• Proven work experience as a Litigation and corporate matters or similar role
• Aiming to resolve cases as quickly and favorably as possible
• Proven track record in generating revenue
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and research skills
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team of attorneys
• Conducting research and analyzing cases to determine a probable outcome and devise an effective strategy to defend clients in court
• Interpreting laws for clients and helping them to understand their legal options
• Support the legal team in client meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to corporate law in the UAE and internationally.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of legal services to clients.
• Perform administrative tasks as required, including maintaining accurate records and managing correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
