Legal Secretary

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Secretary with an LLB background to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of legal procedures, excellent organizational skills, and prior experience working in a legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and format legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
  • Maintain and organize legal files (physical and electronic)
  • Manage schedules, court dates, meetings, and deadlines
  • Assist lawyers with case preparation and legal research
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties professionally
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality requirements
  • 3+ years of UAE legal experience
  • Knowledge of UAE laws, court procedures, and legal documentation
  • Experience with Dubai / Abu Dhabi courts and notary processes
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong drafting, filing, and organizational skills

Requirements:

  • LLB degree
  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal role
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation systems
  • High level of accuracy, discretion, and time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
