Overview A well-established real estate development company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The role will primarily focus on commercial contracts, while also providing exposure to real estate and asset management matters. This position offers real scope to develop professionally and shape the role within a dynamic in-house legal environment. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements. • Support the legal team on asset management and real estate-related matters. • Provide legal advice to internal departments on contractual and operational issues. • Assist in managing legal documentation for development projects and property operations. • Work closely with senior lawyers and business teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with experience in commercial contracts. • Exposure to real estate or asset management matters is advantageous. • Strong legal drafting and analytical skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced in-house environment. • Strong motivation and willingness to grow within the organization.
