Job Summary

The Junior Legal Officer will assist in providing legal and compliance support across the organization. This role will focus on drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting regulatory compliance, and helping to maintain sound governance practices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of legal principles, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting the company’s legal and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and industry practices relevant to the company’s operations.
  • Support the Legal & GRC team in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Help monitor regulatory updates and assist in implementing necessary policy or procedural changes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and legal due diligence.
  • Support in managing legal files, databases, and contract records.
  • Assist in handling minor disputes, claims, or compliance investigations under supervision.
  • Liaise with external counsel and government authorities as directed.
  • Contribute to preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for management on legal and compliance matters.
  • Participate in awareness sessions and internal training on compliance and corporate governance.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory).
  • 2 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or corporate governance role (fresh graduates with internships may be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of Saudi laws, corporate regulations, and governance principles.
  • Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Interest in developing a career in corporate legal and compliance fields.
