Job Context

• Responsible for maintaining the utilities like rolling oil yard, propane yard, vacuum distillation unit (VDU), cooling towers, pumps , driers , compressors, chillers, plant fire hydrant system, low pressure CO2 systems for foil mills and high pressure CO 2 system for cold mill , nitrogen plant and diesel operated fork lift trucks. Responsible for Design with the help of auto cad & implementation of new projects. This also includes updating equipment documents and drawing,
  
  

 Daily monitoring of utility equipments.

 Analysis of breakdown, implementation of corrective action for utility equipments.

 Small Modifications to avoid repetitive breakdown, problem solving through modification.

 Ensure preventive maintenance as per planned schedule & maintaining records.

 Ensure preventive maintenance of CO2 systems.

 Ensure CGT( Cleaning ,greasing & tightening) , Preventive maintenance as per schedule , analysis & taking corrective action based on observation of vibration analysis of bearings & WDA of the gear boxes for utility equipments.

 Updation of all drawings and documents especially for all equipment installed under Ajanta phase1.

 Preparation of new drawings with the help of Auto Cad as and when required for new projects and up gradation of existing equipment.
