We are currently seeking experienced LinkedIn Lead Generation Experts to join our growing team. This role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities through the LinkedIn platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful B2B lead generation, client acquisition, and LinkedIn outreach, combined with a solid understanding of software development and IT services. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute data-driven LinkedIn lead generation strategies, including drip messaging and high-volume outreach campaigns.
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers, C-level executives, and business owners in target industries.
  • Create and manage personalised LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection requests, follow-ups, and engagement messages.
  • Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation platforms to track, analyze, and optimize lead performance.

2. Content Marketing

  • Optimise LinkedIn profiles and company pages to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies including posts, articles, and engagement techniques to attract potential clients.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging trends to continuously improve outreach effectiveness.

3. Staff Augmentation

  • Promote and market the CVs of selected technical resources to secure remote job opportunities.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with prospective clients for staff augmentation roles.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B outreach, and sales pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dux-Soup, Expandi, Phantom buster, and other automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting, and LinkedIn networking strategies.
  • Ability to craft personalized and persuasive outreach messages that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce for lead management and tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimise campaigns, and report on performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
