JUNIOR IN-HOUSE LITIGATION ATTORNEY - CONSTRUCTION & PRODUCT LIABILITY

If you have 2–3 years of civil/tort litigation experience and are interested in moving into an in-house role with a national manufacturing and construction company , this could be a strong fit.

The position is an hourly contract role , with the opportunity to learn directly from a seasoned in-house legal team. The company is seeking someone junior, adaptable, and able to grow within an internal business organization .

Job Summary:

Our client, a national manufacturing and construction company is looking for a Junior Litigation Attorney to assist with product liability and auto liability claims in their Nashville office.

  • Location : Hybrid - Nashville, Tennessee (3 days onsite, 2 days from home)
  • Hours per week : 40
  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Duration : 6 months
  • Compensation : $65/hour


Job Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney - Admitted to practice in Tennessee
  • Junior Experience Level - 2 to 3 years of civil litigation experience - Product liability and auto liability defense is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite 3/5 days per week in the Nashville area
  • Able to train and grow within an internal business organization
