Junior Logistics officer

Job Description

Responsible for accurate freight bill processing and verification using are client logistics systems.

Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and manufacturing plants for vehicle tracking, timely dispatch, and issue resolution.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel to support logistics and billing analysis.

Ensure timely submission, reconciliation, and compliance of freight and logistics documentation.

Liaise with finance and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and support month-end closures.

Utilize SAP or other ERP systems for logistics data entry and reporting (where applicable).

Apply strong analytical and negotiation skills to manage freight-related queries and cost discussions.

Demonstrate effective coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Support smooth logistics operations by meeting timelines and maintaining accurate records.
