Junior Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate site access for deliveries, equipment, and personnel
• Monitor and record incoming and outgoing materials
• Verify delivery documents and report discrepancies
• Assist in managing plant and equipment mobilization
• Support implementation of the Traffic Management Plan
• Ensure proper material storage and housekeeping in laydown areas
• Maintain daily logistics reports and tracking records
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, QA/QC, and HSE teams
• Support safe unloading operations and ensure HSE compliance
• Assist in waste removal and disposal coordination

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in construction site logistics (enabling works/infrastructure preferred)
• Basic understanding of construction site operations
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
