DyDo Drinco Türkiye, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an '' Junior Maintenance Associate ” to be in Hendek Factory. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Coordinating and controlling maintenance activities within the designated area of responsibility,
• Creating the necessary infrastructure to standardize and optimize maintenance processes,
• Ensuring timely execution of planned maintenance and monitoring its implementation,
• Managing the process by tracking parameters related to maintenance operations and analyzing statistical data,
• Identifying training and development needs for personnel, enhancing communication, and ensuring effective coordination,
• Managing the annual maintenance budget in line with operational goals,
• Listing machinery and material requirements and handling demand and procurement processes with relevant departments,
• Preparing reports for continuous improvement and performance tracking by evaluating key metrics and presenting insights to management,
• Coordinating and enhancing occupational health and safety practices to ensure full team compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,
• Preferably with experience in the beverage industry,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Experience with SAP PM module is a plus,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Solid understanding of maintenance processes, business analysis, and efficiency calculations,
• Familiarity with PLC programming languages, and ability to interpret electrical and mechanical technical drawings,
• Strong teamwork and communication skills,
• Solution-oriented with an innovative mindset,
• No military obligation for male candidates (where applicable),
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Sakarya.
