Junior Male Floor Manager

We are hiring a Junior Male Floor Coordinator for our Online Quran Academy. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to build their professional experience in a reputable and growing organization. The candidate must be confident, responsible, and able to manage daily floor activities with a positive attitude.
Shift Timings: 10PM-7AM( Monday To Friday)
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily floor operations and maintaining discipline.
• Coordinate with Quran teachers and ensure smooth class scheduling.management.
• Monitor performance of the floor and report daily updates to the senior
• Handle basic administrative tasks efficiently.
• Ensure a professional working environment and support teachers when needed.
• Resolve minor issues on the spot and escalate major concerns to seniors.
• Maintain attendance records and follow up on basic HR tasks.
• Support in training new teachers or staff when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Basic understanding or experience in management/administration is preferred.
• Must be willing to work night shift.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a cooperative and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.
