About Us:
One World Rental is a leading international technology solutions provider with operations across 10+ global locations. We support some of the world’s largest events and organisations by delivering seamless technology deployments, exceptional service, and operational excellence. We are now seeking a junior HR Administrator to support our HR operations across the APAC region, while also assisting our wider global HR function as required.

Role Overview:
The HR Administrator will play an essential role in supporting daily HR processes for our APAC teams, with additional involvement in global HR tasks. This hybrid role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate across distributed teams and time zones. The successful candidate will handle HR documentation, employee coordination, recruitment support, and administrative tasks while maintaining One World Rental’s high standards of service and professionalism.

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Hybrid role — in-office presence required on selected days each week.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation for APAC teams.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including preparing contracts, documentation, system updates, and departmental coordination.
  • Assist with interview scheduling, job postings, resume tracking, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely responses while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Coordinate monthly HR inputs such as attendance, leave records, timesheets, and payroll-related updates.
  • Support global HR teams with administrative tasks and documentation when needed.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with internal policies and assist with collecting compliance documentation.
  • Prepare routine HR reports including headcount updates, leave summaries, recruitment progress, and employee lifecycle trackers.
  • Manage probation reviews, contract renewals, performance evaluation reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Support internal communications, engagement initiatives, and general HR administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR administration or HR coordination experience.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across APAC time zones when required.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and HRIS tools.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience handling high-volume administrative cycles.
  • Experience coordinating tasks across distributed or multinational teams.
  • Familiarity with APAC markets and international HR procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
