We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-facing, and technically proficient Junior Manager to join our team and lead the implementation and operation of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data operations, marketing technology, and audience activation. You need to be someone who can effectively manage client relationships, communicate clearly, and drive projects forward using collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities

CDP Implementation & Data Operations

  • Operate and manage CDPs such as Tealium, mParticle, Treasure Data, Segment, and HighTouch. Familiarity with cloud-based composable solutions like GCP, Azure and Snowflake.
  • Set up and maintain data ingestion pipelines from web, mobile, CRM, and offline sources.
  • Ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency through robust QA processes.
  • Work with technical teams to troubleshoot ingestion issues, resolve data discrepancies, and refine pipelines.

2. Data Strategy, Governance & Consulting

  • Consult with clients on data readiness, data architecture, and integration prerequisites.
  • Advise on data governance, taxonomy design, consent labeling, and identity resolution best practices.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements while ensuring scalability and feasibility.
  • Support clients in designing schemas, event structures, and standardised customer attributes.

3. Audience Management & Activation

  • Create and manage standard and custom attributes, events, and traits within the CDP.
  • Build segmentation logic and audiences tailored to marketing, analytics, and personalisation use cases.
  • Activate audiences across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, DV360, email/SMS tools, and BI platforms.
  • Monitor match rates, audience volumes, downstream delivery accuracy, and campaign activation performance.
  • Recommend improvements and optimisation opportunities across segmentation and activation workflows.

4. Client Management, Communication & Project Delivery

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly client calls, demos, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain internal and external documentation, client playbooks, and operational runbooks.
  • Provide training, onboarding, and knowledge-transfer sessions to client teams.
  • Collaborate closely with media, analytics, engineering, and account teams to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to deepen their CDP usage or expand into new use cases.



Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in MarTech, AdTech, AdOps, CRM ops, or data operations roles.
  • Familiarity with one or more CDPs (Tealium, HighTouch, mParticle, Treasure Data, etc.).
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, API integrations, and identity management.
  • Experience with audience activation across major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, DV360).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities.
  • Comfortable using project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, Hive).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Bonus : SQL, Python, Snowflake, BigQuery, BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Bonus : Experience working in agile environments (sprints, standups, backlogs)
