Job Title: Junior Manager – Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage paid media campaigns across relevant digital platforms and ensure ROI-driven performance
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare actionable insights and reports
- Oversee SEO initiatives and content marketing strategies to improve organic reach and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication
- Monitor digital trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media, digital analytics, SEO, and content marketing
- Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills
- Mandatory experience working in a structured and well-reputed organization
