Junior Marketing and Operations Officer

Qualification:

• BBA or MBA (Marketing or Management)

Experience and Skills Required:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of operations and facilities management.
• Basic knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and SEO.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Creative thinking with an interest in branding, hospitality, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in daily operations and facilities management activities

· Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain strong communication to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

· Create, Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts; · Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports.

· Any other duties assigned by HOD.
