Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The Junior Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Duties

• Conduct research to identify market trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Support SEO initiatives by optimizing website content and monitoring performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist in the execution of advertising sales strategies and performance marketing efforts.
• Help maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly.
• Participate in budgeting activities for marketing projects and campaigns.
• Support B2B marketing initiatives by developing relationships with potential clients through effective communication.

Skills

• Familiarity with multichannel marketing strategies and performance marketing principles.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance.
• Basic understanding of HTML for website management tasks.
• Strong research skills to gather insights on market trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content across various formats.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and practices is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
