BDA Systems Co. is a fast-growing company that designs, manufactures, and installs Emergency Responder Radio Communication Systems (ERRCS) and Bi-Directional Amplifiers (BDA). We work with developers, general contractors, property managers, and HOAs nationwide to deliver compliance-driven, life-safety communication systems.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can bring creativity and structure to our B2B marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, engineering, or technical services marketing and knows how to make complex solutions clear and compelling.

What You’ll Do

• Create and update marketing materials (case studies, one-pagers, sales decks).

• Manage website updates, SEO improvements, and digital ad campaigns.

• Drive social media presence, especially LinkedIn and industry channels.

• Support sales team with tailored proposals and presentations.

• Coordinate trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and industry events.

• Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture client relationships.

• Track campaign performance and share insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience (construction/technical industry preferred).

• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

• Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot/CRM, Canva/Adobe, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
