Job Brief
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow. You will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with the day-to-day execution of our digital strategies, from creating compelling content to assisting with ad campaigns and data analysis. This is a hands-on role that provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience across all facets of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content: Assist with the creation, scheduling, and management of content across all social media platforms. You will help with designing visuals and writing engaging copy to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Digital Advertising: Support the team in launching, monitoring, and tracking digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). This includes assisting with ad setup, creative assets, and performance checks.
- SEO & Analytics: Help with foundational SEO tasks, including keyword research and performance tracking. You will also assist in monitoring campaign and website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Performance Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly reports on marketing efforts and key metrics by collecting and organizing data.
- Content & Website Management: Assist with updating and managing website content and landing pages to support ongoing campaigns.
- Brand Engagement: Support the team in organizing marketing events and coordinating with external partners for collaborations and sponsorships.

- Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn various marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn from others and contribute to a team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, or a relevant internship.
- Basic understanding of social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and SEO principles is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
