Junior Marketing Executive

Pushpa Interiors, an architectural and interior design firm, is seeking enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executives both Male or Female to join our team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to guide customers through the residential and commercial interior design execution's process. As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential need for residential and commercial interiors, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential need for residential and commercial interiors to understand client design needs.
• Recommend suitable designs and coordinate site visits.
• Maintain and update client data through Google Sheets or Excel trackers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Follow up on leads shared by the marketing team and ensure conversions.
• Achieve assigned monthly marketing targets.
• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Must possess excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in English, Telugu and Hindi is essential.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Google Sheets, Excel, and email communication.
• Must be target-driven, energetic, and professional in conduct.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
• Familiarity with interior industry and the real estate market.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
