Job Description

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

Coordinate with designers to prepare post assets, captions, and campaign materials.

Monitor comments and messages and escalate inquiries when needed.

Assist in executing seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional rollouts.

Support website updates including product uploads, banners, and promotions.

Communicate with influencers and track PR packages, posting timelines, and content.

Support store activations, events, and campaign materials for retail locations.

Track social media performance and maintain marketing trackers and reports.

Coordinate with vendors, printing suppliers, and internal teams.
Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content coordination.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Good written and verbal communication.

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends.

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
