Junior Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Marketing Executive to support the marketing team in promoting the company’s brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing, administrative coordination, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Manage and update social media accounts and online content
• Create promotional materials, posters, and basic graphic designs
• Coordinate with operations and other departments for marketing activities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing documentation
• Handle administrative tasks related to marketing and office coordination
• Monitor customer engagement and social media performance
• Support events, promotions, and in-house marketing activities
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain marketing files, databases, and records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the UAE in marketing.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Basic skills in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing is an advantage
• Photography or video editing skills are a plus
