Junior Marketing Officer

Thinnies is looking for a Junior Marketing Officer who is passionate about marketing, social media, and the food & beverage industry. If you have 3–4 years of experience in F&B marketing and enjoy bringing creative ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage and update Thinnies' social media platforms by scheduling posts, stories, and other engaging content.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Create engaging captions and assist in developing social media content calendars.
• Monitor social media accounts by responding to comments and messages when required.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports using platform insights.
• Support the promotion of new menu launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store marketing activities.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations to ensure marketing materials are displayed correctly across all branches.
• Assist in organizing photo shoots, influencer visits, and marketing events.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify industry trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure all marketing materials follow the company's brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and printing vendors for marketing materials when needed.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team.

Requirements:

✔️ 3–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.

✔️ Hands-on experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

✔️ Basic knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools.

✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills.

✔️ Creative mindset with attention to detail.

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
