The company is recognized as a star exporter and is currently the leading exporter of green cardamom. In addition to cardamom, the company also exports coffee to international markets. Rabbaana is its flagship brand, while Peacegat serves as its global brand for spices. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Executive role located in Farwaniya. The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company’s spice and coffee brands in local and regional markets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, planning and executing sales and marketing activities, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction. The role also involves implementing promotional campaigns, participating in trade events, and regularly reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve assigned targets.
• Relevant experience in FMCG, food products, or spices trading or export will be beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic business reporting tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: KD500.000 - KD1,000.000 per month
