Junior Marketing Specialist - Female Applicants Only

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Female Marketing Specialist to join our team. You’ll take ownership of key initiatives and support larger campaigns across events, partnerships, content, and digital marketing. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing company with a fun, growth-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging content for social media and digital channels.
• Events & Partnerships: Coordinate activations, manage partner communications, and support event logistics from start to finish.
• Digital Marketing Execution: Help set up and monitor campaigns across platforms (social, email, paid ads) and track basic performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, customer support, and production teams to align marketing activities.
• Research & Insights: Conduct competitor and trend research to generate fresh ideas and campaign improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing (digital, events, partnerships, or content).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM, email platforms, and Canva.
• Self-starter with creativity, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
