Role Overview
We’re looking for a tech-first, data-driven Junior Marketing Specialist who operates like a marketing engineer. This role sits at the intersection of paid growth, marketing automation, product analytics, and AI-driven experimentation.
You will own performance execution across Meta and Google, manage attribution and lifecycle flows for a mobile app, and actively experiment with SEO, LLM optimization, and workflow automation to scale growth efficiently.
This is not a traditional entry-level marketing role. It’s designed for someone who understands how modern MarTech stacks work inside a product-based, app-driven company and wants to grow into a future-facing growth/AI marketing role.
Core Responsibilities Performance & Paid Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) to achieve CPA, ROAS, and LTV targets
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing flows, and bidding strategies
- Translate performance data into actionable insights for scale
Mobile App Growth & Attribution
- Manage AppsFlyer for attribution, deep-linking, and campaign performance tracking
- Ensure clean attribution between paid channels, app installs, and in-app events
- Work closely with product and tech teams to align tracking and growth goals
Lifecycle Marketing & Automation
- Build and manage MoEngage journeys for onboarding, retention, reactivation, and upsell
- Set up push notifications, WhatsApp, email, and in-app messaging workflows
- Use automation logic to reduce manual work and improve response speed
SEO & LLM Optimization (GEO)
- Execute technical and on-page SEO best practices
- Experiment with LLM Optimization (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve brand visibility in AI-driven search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
- Collaborate on content strategies that work for both traditional search engines and AI models
Workflow Automation & MarTech
- Design and maintain If-This-Then-That workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or internal APIs
- Automate lead routing, reporting, alerts, and performance dashboards
- Understand and improve data flow across the marketing stack
AI & Experimentation
- Actively test AI tools for:
- Ad creative generation
- Content ideation and optimization
- Sentiment analysis and performance insights
- Bring an AI-first mindset to solving growth and efficiency problems
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles
- Prior experience in a product-based company with a mobile app environment
- Hands-on execution experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory)
Technical & MarTech Skills
- Strong working knowledge of AppsFlyer and MoEngage
- Understanding of attribution models, funnels, and lifecycle metrics
- Comfortable working with marketing automation tools and APIs
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and curiosity about LLM/GEO optimization
