Junior Master Data Specialist (SAP)

Role Overview

We are looking for fresh graduates to join our team as Junior Master Data Specialists. You will support managing and maintaining critical business data within the SAP system while gaining hands-on experience in real ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support creation & maintenance of master data (Materials, Customers, Vendors)
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Assist in data entry, validation, and cleansing
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Finance teams
• Support reporting and identify data inconsistencies
• Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related)
• Basic knowledge of SAP or any ERP system is a plus
• Good Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Eagerness to build a career in SAP & Data Management
