Junior Mechanical Design Engineer – Vehicle Modification & Technical Documentation Company: Gilani M

Gilani Mobility is looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. You will design vehicle modification components using SolidWorks and create clear, easy-to-follow manuals for our products. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers who want hands-on experience in automotive design and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings for vehicle modification components.
• Assist senior engineers in refining designs based on feedback and manufacturing requirements.
• Perform basic tolerance checks and ensure designs meet standard guidelines.
• Support prototype development and fitment checks on vehicles.
• Prepare user-friendly manuals and installation guides with clear illustrations.
• Update and maintain existing documentation as designs change.
• Organize design files and support internal teams with technical information.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in SolidWorks; certification is a plus.
• Strong mechanical design knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems (suspension, powertrain, chassis, body).
• Ability to write clear, structured technical instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Workshop or hands-on fabrication experience is a plus.
