We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you'll be responsible for finding and engaging with new clients who could benefit from our products, as well as maintaining existing relationships. You'll negotiate and close sales by agreeing to terms and conditions, Additionally, you'll make technical presentations and demonstrate how our products can meet the client's needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling existing customers: Manage and nurture relationships with our existing clientele, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services.

Provide appropriate product recommendations: Offer tailored solutions to clients based on their specific requirements and needs.

Meet assigned revenue targets: Drive business growth by generating new leads and converting them into loyal customers, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Promote the company product range: Utilize dedicated promotional tools to effectively showcase our product range and its benefits to potential clients.

Business development & competitor analysis: Stay ahead of the competition by identifying market trends, analyzing competitor strategies, and implementing innovative sales approaches.

Maintain good customer relationships: Foster trust, loyalty, and satisfaction among customers through transparent communication and ethical business practices.

Communicate effectively: Provide regular updates on sales opportunities, articulate next steps, and discuss potential risks with the wider sales and account management team during weekly meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
• Proven track record in sales, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of the mechanical industry and understanding of client needs.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
