Job Opening: Junior Mechanical Engineer

Location: Kuwait (Local Hiring Only)

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• Professional certifications (PMP or equivalent) considered an advantage
• Membership with the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is required

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within MEP / infrastructure / construction projects
• Proven experience in site execution, supervision, and coordination of mechanical works
• Experience in project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting
• Exposure to cost control, variation orders, and claims documentation is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems including:

o HVAC systems

o Firefighting systems

o Plumbing and water networks

• Strong knowledge of:

o Material submittals

o Shop drawings

o MIR / WIR processes

• Experience in handling subcontractors and coordinating with consultants and main contractors
• Prior experience working on government projects is required
