Junior MEP Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior MEP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, installation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our house-boat and floating structure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, layout, and implementation of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting).
• Support senior engineers in preparing shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs.
• Supervise site activities to ensure MEP works meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate with other departments (design, production, procurement, and quality) for seamless project execution.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience (preferably in marine, construction, or modular projects).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design software.
• Good understanding of electrical panels, plumbing layouts, HVAC systems, and pumps.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
