Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior + Mid Level Graphics Designer to join our creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented individual at the start of their design career. You’ll support senior designers, contribute to a variety of design projects, and grow your creative skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Execution: Assist senior designers with the execution of design projects, including creating visual assets, preparing design files, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research to gather inspiration and insights for design projects, including competitor analysis and trend research.
• Design Support: Provide support for ongoing design projects, including creating mockups, prototypes, and design variations as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute ideas and feedback.
• Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop design skills, attending workshops, training sessions, and seeking mentorship from senior team members.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design files, versions, and project documentation to ensure organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: Min. 2 years for Junior and 2+ for Mid-Level of professional design experience.
• Skills: Beginner-level to Mod-Level skills in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.), strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles and techniques.

Preferred Qualification:

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must, with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
