Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, and website content.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative concepts and design solutions that align with the company's brand identity.
• Support the design team in executing projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring that all design deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Conduct research and gather design inspiration to stay up to date with current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing the company's design assets, including stock photos, fonts, and templates.
• Participate in design brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to help develop effective design strategies.
• Adapt existing design templates and assets for different mediums and formats as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and content creation, to understand their design needs and deliver designs that meet their requirements.
• Take feedback from the design team and incorporate changes into designs as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects (either online or in PDF format).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within given timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for different mediums.
• Familiarity with adobe XD and UI/UX designs is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
