Junior .NET Developer

Sumato Solutions is hiring a Junior .NET MVC Developer with 1 to 2 years of experience. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in C#, .NET Framework, and MVC architecture who is passionate about building scalable and high-performance web applications.

You will collaborate with our development team to create and maintain efficient, secure, and reliable web applications, APIs, and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the .NET MVC framework
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for integration with frontend and third-party services
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
• Work closely with team members to implement new features and resolve technical challenges
• Conduct unit testing and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in .NET MVC development
• Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, and MVC architecture
• Experience with RESTful API development and testing (e.g., Postman)
• Understanding of HTTP protocols, request/response formats (JSON, XML)
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with API authentication and security protocols (OAuth, JWT)
• Familiarity with Swagger or similar API documentation tools
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
