Xfinion Inc. is seeking a Junior .NET Developer to provide Tier 3 Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support for a commercial software product under a federal contract. This role is critical in resolving complex technical issues escalated beyond Tier 1 and Tier 2 support (handled by the customer), focusing on identifying and fixing code-level defects and collaborating with internal development teams for deeper escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve Tier 3 support tickets related to application bugs, performance issues, and integration errors to meet SLA targets.
  • Analyze and debug .NET code to identify root causes of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Document solutions, workarounds, and technical findings for knowledge base updates.
  • Work within the ServiceNow ticketing system to manage and track support cases.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security and operational standards required by the contract.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software development using .NET (C#).
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging production applications.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience providing help desk or technical support, especially in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 capacity.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, version control, etc.).
  • Experience working in a federal or government contracting environment.
  • Experience with escalating Tier 3-4 hardware support

Location: Remote with periodic travel to office and Portsmouth, NH (1-2 times annually)

Contract Type: Full-Time – Contract Support

Duty Hours: M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Phone availability for customer escalation after hours is indicated.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
