Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior NetSuite Specialist to support NetSuite implementations, integrations, and ongoing optimization across newly acquired and existing portfolio companies. Reporting to the Financial Systems Manager, this role is execution-focused and provides hands-on exposure to private equity, M&A integrations, and enterprise ERP deployments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and go-live activities across portfolio companies
  • Support finance teams during critical periods such as go-live and month-end close
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Support data migration and validation efforts, including customers, vendors, items, open AR/AP, balances, and historical data
  • Perform reconciliations between legacy systems and NetSuite to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in preparing and executing test scripts for system and data validation
  • Provide day-to-day NetSuite support and assist with documentation, job aids, and basic user training
  • Partner with finance, IT, and external implementation partners to help unblock issues and maintain project momentum
Financial & Accounting Exposure
  • Work directly with financial data and core accounting processes
  • Has a practical understanding of General Ledger structure, month-end close, open AP/AR, project management and deferred revenue concepts
  • Support first close and stabilization activities following acquisitions and go-lives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on NetSuite experience (implementation, administration, and/or support)
  • Exposure to ERP data migration and validation activities preferred
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities across parallel projects
