We’re looking for a Junior Off-Page SEO Specialist to join our remote team at Arena Capital!

You don’t need years of experience — just the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent English communication skills. We’ll provide full training and mentorship to help you grow into the role.

This position involves supporting link-building efforts, outreach, and digital PR campaigns for our clients. You’ll be responsible for writing professional emails, managing follow-ups, staying organized, and learning SEO tools and tactics as you grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist with off-page SEO tasks such as link-building, guest posting, and backlink outreach
• Write clear, professional outreach emails and follow up consistently
• Help maintain and update client outreach and backlink tracking sheets
• Support research into websites, contacts, and opportunities for backlinks
• Understand each client’s industry and suggest relevant content/outreach directions
• Coordinate with SEO and content teams to ensure smooth execution
• Stay organized and meet deadlines reliably
• Be proactive in learning SEO tools and techniques — we’ll guide you!

Requirements:

• You must be based in Egypt
• Perfect English speaking and writing skills are a must
• Strong written communication (especially via email)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and email tools (Gmail, Outlook)
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Egypt Time)

Bonus (Not Required):

• Any knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or outreach tools (like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hunter.io, etc.)
• Experience in writing or content creation
• Strong research skills
