Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to join our Egypt branch. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media strategies across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of digital trends, excellent communication skills, and a creative eye.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Vitrinclinic’s brand goals.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (visual and written) for all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and audience insights.
• Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and medical teams for campaign development and content accuracy.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (targeting, budgeting, reporting).
• Handle community management and engagement in a timely, professional manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management (preferably in healthcare, beauty, or lifestyle sectors).
• Proven portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent knowledge of content creation, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
• Experience in performance marketing or influencer collaborations is a bonus.
