Role Overview:

Blackstone eIT is looking for a proactive and well-organized Junior Office Coordinator to support daily office operations. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic tech environment. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain documentation, filing systems, and basic reports.
  • Support meeting scheduling, room bookings, and preparation of materials.
  • Welcome visitors and handle general office inquiries.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed.
  • Assist different departments with simple coordination and follow-ups.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and functioning smoothly

Requirements

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or 0-1 year of experience.
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
  • UAE Nationality required
