Responsibilities
Assist in Aircraft Movement Coordination:
Aid in directing aircraft to and from gates, taxiways, and runways, ensuring compliance with air traffic control instructions.
Help monitor aircraft positions, communicate effectively with pilots and ground crew, and resolve any issues promptly.
Facilitate Ground Support Equipment Management
Ensure all ground support equipment (GSE) is in good working condition by assisting in coordinating regular maintenance schedules.
Help manage the availability of GSE, such as tugs, baggage carts, and refuelling trucks, to support aircraft operations.
Contribute To Compliance With Safety Regulations
Assist in conducting regular safety audits, implementing safety protocols, and providing training to staff on safety procedures.
Help monitor airside activities to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions promptly.
Aid In Emergency Response Coordination
Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans, conducting drills, and ensuring effective communication with emergency services.
Help oversee evacuation procedures and provide support to affected individuals during emergencies.
Assist In Runway And Taxiway Maintenance
Aid in coordinating routine inspections, scheduling repairs, and managing the removal of debris or hazards from runways and taxiways.
Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure all surfaces are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

Qualifications
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field is required.
Work Experience
Supervisory Staff - Airside Operations should have at least 2-3 years of experience in airside or ground operations, including supervisory roles.
