Junior Officer – Audit & Compliance

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring for one of its prestigious clients.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Officer – Audit & Compliance to support internal audit activities, compliance reviews, and operational audits across multiple functions. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of audit or compliance experience who are eager to build their careers in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in conducting Fixed Asset, Campus, HR, and Event audits.
* Perform on-site physical asset verification and maintain accurate records.
* Collect, organize, and maintain audit documentation and supporting evidence.
* Conduct vendor validation activities, including food, catering, and equipment inspections.
* Support post-event audit reconciliations and compliance checks.
* Prepare audit working papers and report discrepancies to senior management.
* Track audit observations and follow up on corrective actions.
* Coordinate audit schedules, site visits, and departmental communications.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Operational Audit.
* Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems will be an advantage.
* Experience in physical asset verification, vendor audits, or event audits is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
