Junior Officer - Sales/Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and dispatch operations efficiently using SAP.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Stores, Logistics, Accounts) to ensure new order processing and material readiness.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales, dispatch, and operations.
• Ensure smooth execution of the order-to-dispatch process with strong process knowledge in sales and dispatch.
• Support documentation and compliance activities related to ISO standards.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatch status, and customer requirements.
• Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies, delays, or material shortages.

Qualification: Diploma / UG in Accounts
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Skills: Sales process, Dispatch process, SAP, ISO activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
