A Sales & Dispatch Executive is a dual role that manages both sales-related activities and the logistical side of getting goods to customers.

Key responsibilities -
1. Maintain accurate dispatch records & documents , such as Invoice & Challans .
2.Coordinating with Ware House Staff.
3. Manage daily Dispatch Scheduled .
4.Handling sales lead generation, client communication, and deal negotiation.
5 .The role requires strong organization, communication skills.

Qualification - Any Graduate
Experience - 1-2 years
Salary - ( Depends On Interview )

Sales duties -

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Handling Sales Process.

Maintain daily sales reports Generate leads and identify new prospects.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management .
Client Coordination .
To work on daily Sales Reports.

Dispatch duties -

• Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules for vehicles and drivers
• Optimize delivery routes for cost and time efficiency
• Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for loading and unloading
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation, such as invoices and challans.
• Address customer queries related to delivery

Required skills and qualifications -

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Excel and Tally software.
• Problem-solving skills to handle logistics and delivery issues.
• Experience in logistics and/or sales is often preferred.
