Job Title: Junior Onboarding Analyst

About the Role:
The Onboarding Analyst is the go-to partner for our new clients. You’ll own the "First Mile" of their journey, handling everything from the initial hardware setup to making sure the system is mapped out perfectly to fit their business. Your goal is to turn technical requirements into a smooth, working environment.

What You’ll Do

• Setup & Installation: Lead the hands-on installation of hardware and infrastructure at client sites. You’ll run system tests and follow a detailed checklist to make sure everything is 100% ready to go on day one.
• Workflow Mapping: Sit down with clients to understand how they work. You’ll translate their daily business processes into clear technical specs and data documents.
• Training: Grow into the team’s lead trainer, teaching clients how to get the most out of the entire ERP platform.
• Relationship Management: Drop by client sites once a month to check in, see how the system is holding up, and bring their feedback back to our product team to help us improve.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on Skills: You’re comfortable setting up hardware and troubleshooting technical infrastructure on-site.
• Excel Expertise: You are well-versed in Excel and can use it confidently to organize, map, and audit client data.
• Organization: You can manage your own schedule and hit deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• People Skills: You enjoy building long-term relationships and providing a personalized, high-touch experience for every client.
• Flexibility: You’re happy to balance "boots on the ground" physical setup with the more analytical side of data mapping.
