Junior Operations Executive - Crypto

About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Operations Executive to support our growing team with day to day operational and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, detail oriented, and interested in working in a fast paced crypto environment.

You will work closely with the Product Manager and internal teams, supporting operations, payouts reviews, internal documentation, and basic data tasks. You should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, internal tools, and handling multiple small tasks consistently.

This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Product Manager with day to day administrative and operational tasks
• Assist with reviewing and supporting customer payouts, requiring accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Prepare, update, and maintain internal documents, reports, and basic spreadsheets
• Work with Excel or Google Sheets to manage simple data tasks, formulas, and tracking
• Support internal product testing and basic feature checks
• Use internal tools such as Notion, CRM systems, and shared trackers to keep operations organized
• Analyze data and create basic insights and reports to support product and operational decision making, using internal data and simple analytical tools
• Provide general administrative support to ensure the team stays efficient and aligned
• Communicate with internal teams to support smooth operational workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience or interest in trading
• Basic ability to read charts and understand simple technical analysis
• Prior experience in an operations, support, or admin role within crypto or fintech

• Understanding of crypto markets and how crypto platforms operate
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable handling simple data tasks in Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, CRM systems, or similar software
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks and stay on top of priorities
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and comfort working in a fast moving environment
• Based in Dubai and available for full time on site work
