Junior Operations Manager

Manage and oversee the daily activities of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Supervise, train, and evaluate employees; coordinate with department heads; and manage HR functions like recruitment and employee satisfaction.

Develop and implement company policies, improve work processes, and ensure high-quality standards are met through monitoring and quality control measures.

Monitor and coordinate budgets, manage procurement, and find ways to optimize costs to improve profitability.

Align daily operations with the company's strategic objectives, create action plans to achieve goals, and assist with broader organizational planning.

Efficiently allocate resources, including raw materials, labor, and capital, to maximize productivity
