Junior Operations Officer – Forex Brokerage

The Junior Forex Broker Operations Officer supports daily operational activities to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient functioning of the brokerage. This role assists with trade processing, client onboarding, platform monitoring, transaction reconciliation, risk checks, and providing timely support to internal departments and clients.

You will work closely with the operations, finance, compliance, and customer support teams to maintain seamless execution, accurate records, and high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Trading Operations Support

• Monitor trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader) for execution issues or delays.
• Assist in trade investigations including execution quality, slippage, re-quotes, and trade disputes.
• Support daily market open/close operational checks.
• Follow up on liquidity provider (LP) bridge and connection status.

2. Client Account Management

• Support the onboarding process by verifying documents and ensuring KYC/AML compliance.
• Assist in approving or escalating client account openings.
• Handle basic client account modifications (leverage changes, password resets, etc.).
• Coordinate with Compliance on flagged or high-risk accounts.

3. Payments & Wallet Operations

• Assist with daily deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
• Verify payment receipts and documentation before approval.
• Perform basic reconciliations of client wallets and trading accounts.
• Escalate discrepancies to Finance or Senior Operations.

4. Risk & Compliance Support

• Monitor exposure limits and client margin levels.
• Assist in communicating margin calls or stop-out alerts.
• Keep daily logs of operational incidents, account freezes, or suspicious activity.
• Support compliance reporting when needed.

5. Reporting & Administrative Support

• Prepare daily operations reports.
• Maintain updated records of client activity, transactions, and system logs.
• Coordinate with external partners including LPs, payment providers, and technology vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of forex trading, financial markets, and brokerage operations.
• Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader) is a plus.
• Comfortable with Excel, CRM systems, and operational tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Good communication skills (English required; additional languages beneficial).

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
