TheSkinFit is a leading cosmetics eCommerce platform offering a wide range of beauty and cosmetic products. We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and self-driven Content Creator who can bring our brand to life through engaging storytelling and high-impact digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Orders (PO): Create, process, and track Purchase Orders ensuring all documentation aligns with company procurement policies.
• Ledger Maintenance: Accurately record financial transactions and maintain up-to-date general ledgers.
• Aging Cycle Management: Monitor the Accounts Payable aging report to ensure timely payments and identify any overdue balances.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular vendor statement reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Data Entry: Ensure high accuracy in entering invoices and expenses into the accounting system.
• Reporting: Assist the senior finance team in preparing weekly/monthly payable reports.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for vendors regarding payment queries and status updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/BBA/ACCA partly qualified).
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an accounts payable or general accounting role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or Xero).
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage the aging cycle and meet strict payment deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
