Junior Payroll Specialist - HR & Payroll

As a Junior-Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day payroll, including correspondence with the assigned clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that TMF’s clients are provided with efficient, professional, and high-quality services which meet all statutory obligations across payroll.

• Support accurate and timely payroll processing for employees of our clients in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with MHRSD regulations, GOSI contributions, and Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements.
• This role focuses on data management, payroll calculations, and administrative support to enhance payroll efficiency.
• Work as part of the Saudi Arabia payroll team, working in the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our KSA clients, under an office-extension operating model.

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
• Relevant experience is considered as an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with foreign clients.
• Familiarity with KSA regulations and government portals is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
