Junior Performance Marketer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Junior Performance Marketer to help grow our brand presence and generate qualified leads across digital channels. You’ll support campaign execution, performance tracking, and branding initiatives — with a balance of analytical and creative skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, execute, and optimise lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor ad performance, track conversions, and generate performance reports.
• Assist in building brand awareness campaigns to improve visibility and reach.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to generate high converting ads.
• Handle basic ad creative design and layout using Canva or similar tools.
• Conduct competitor and audience research to improve targeting and ad messaging.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design and brand aesthetics.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Bonus: Experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
