Role Overview

Rank Arrow is seeking a highly experienced Senior Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong agency-level experience in performance marketing and the ability to make data-driven decisions to maximize campaign performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).

This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage advertising budgets, improve campaign efficiency, and consistently deliver measurable results for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel paid advertising strategies from awareness to conversion
• Manage and scale advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor and control campaign budgets to ensure efficient and profitable spending
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights and data analysis
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance
• Identify scaling opportunities while minimizing wasted ad spend
• Analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop high-converting ad creatives
• Stay updated with the latest advertising platform updates, policies, and industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience in a marketing or digital agency
• Strong understanding of paid traffic funnels and performance marketing strategies
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and advertising budgets simultaneously
• Proven track record of successfully scaling profitable campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of campaign results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
